Real-world asset operating system

API spec

The book

What qualifies

Every class below already trades under an established legal form. The gain is settlement and transferability, not novelty. Each one states what proves it and the failure mode that kills deals in it.

Structure & mint

Live engine

Four answers produce the real structure — wrapper, who may buy, what must be true before a share moves, who signs, what it costs, how long it takes. Then mint it and watch every compliance rule bind, ending in the step that proves the rails refuse.

Bring an asset

Real intake — goes to the desk

The three questions decide whether anything can be structured at all: who holds title, who verifies it exists, and what a buyer receives if the sponsor disappears. If all three have answers it can be structured. If one does not, no amount of chain makes it an asset.

Run it as your own

Switch tenant in the nav to see it

The tenant selector above is not a mock. It repaints the brand, swaps the book and re-scopes the register from a single configuration file. Your clients never see anyone else's name.

The whole tenant, in one file

Rails

Register is ours. Settlement goes where custody exists.

One authoritative register, any number of settlement mirrors. The register is off-chain-controlling and anchored to our own chain; a settlement chain is a place a share can settle, never the source of the record. That inversion is what a registrar or a book-entry intermediary can accept.

Offering pathways

Engineering input, not legal advice

Parties

Counsel and the broker-dealer are users, not attachments

Register your organization once. Your role decides what you can do, which gates you own, and which pricing applies. Your logo, letterhead and wording travel with everything you touch.

Register an organization

Two ways in. A wallet signature proves control of an address and authorises no transaction. A seat email signs you in against an invitation your organization admin created.

Roles and the gates each one owns

Paper

Every block editable · every standard named

We produce the complete first draft, branded to whoever is responsible for it. Counsel edits any block, replaces any block with their own wording, adds blocks, or discards the template and uploads their own paper. Every change is versioned and hashed.

Launch gates

The only limit in the platform

Everything else is unlocked: draft, structure, brand, edit, price, model, rehearse a mint, prepare every filing. Going live is gated. Each gate is satisfied only by a signed, content-addressed artifact from the party competent to produce it. There is no override and the platform cannot satisfy any gate.

Filings

We prepare and validate · the licensed filer submits

Form D, Form 1-A, Form C, transfer agent registration, state notices and the FINRA corporate financing filing. We build the packet, validate it against the real item requirements and hand it to the filer — or submit under their own credentials when they authorise it.

Behind sign-in

Pre-register

Tell us who you are and what you do. Roles are not decoration — your role decides what you see, which gates you would own, and which pricing applies to you.

Every scan and every pre-registration is attributed to the code in the link, with the role breakdown, so you can see which channel produces which kind of counterparty.

Desk assistant

Engineering input, not legal advice

Grounded in this platform's own engines — the class catalogue, the pathway rules, your offering's live gate board. It will not tell you a licensed act can be skipped.

How it all works

Every system on this platform, what it actually does, who owns the decision, and a worked example. Then the part nobody explains properly: why counsel and the broker-dealer are not overhead.

Introducer network

Bring someone in and the relationship is yours — recorded, hash-chained, anchored, and resolved against every transaction that client ever does here. Not a contract somebody has to remember to honour. A ledger that cannot forget.

Attribution is permanent · payouts are gated

What would I earn

The first question, answered before you sign anything.

Will it actually pay

The honest answer depends on two things, and we check them before anyone promises you anything.

Join the network

Register once. Your upline, your book and your accruals travel with you from here.

Stake a client without naming them

Commit now, reveal later. We record a digest of the client and the timestamp — not the client. Your book stays yours until a transaction actually needs to resolve.

Your book

Your id is public by design — it is what anyone you introduce enters as their upline — so it cannot be the thing that unlocks your figures. The access key from your registration screen is. An id on its own reads your standing at /api/v1/network/introducers/<id>/public, which carries no money.

The math

Every line on your statement carries the arithmetic that produced it. You should never have to take our word for a number.
